Q. How long does it take to receive my items once I place an order?
A. Most items are shipped within 14, some of them sooner. We source items from several different suppliers across the US, so shipping times can vary greatly. Some items are in stock in our warehouse, some are shipped directly from the manufacturer, some are digital and are immediately available to you. We will send you tracking information as soon as it's available. If more than 14 days have gone by and you haven't received any message from us, feel free to contact us at email@example.com. If your order will be delayed longer than 14 days, we will notify you.
Q. Do you ship outside of the US?
A. We only ship to the continental US.
Q. Can I return an item?
A. Most unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Prior approval must be granted before any returns are made.
Q. What if my package/item is damaged?
A. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately. Do not discard the item or the packaging until you hear back from us. Any damaged items will be replaced or refunded. See returns policy for further details.
